This is the chocolate studio !

I am sure you will have noticed just with the pictures. 

With this studio, you will combine the best aspects of comfort and socialisation. I explain you : the studio has its own bathroom, with WC, lavabo & shower, so that you have 100% comfort and privacy. And for the cooking, the best way to socialise, you will have to use a common kitchen giving on a large terrace and the full garden, which is 30 meters deep, with cherry trees, pine trees, and other trees I don't even know their names ... 

It's decorated with style with a trendy pallet of colours and with all you need to spend a good stay in Brussels during your studies at VUB / ULB / Erasmus programme  or internship in any European bodies/companies, or any short term period in Brussels. 

The furniture has  also benefited of  some upgrade this last summer, there is a double bed (200 x 120 cm), a big bookshelf (150 x 150 with 16 spaces), so that you don't lack any room for your books, objects and the few things you take from home to prevent homesickness. And of course a desk and a chair to sit on, plus a few seats for visitors.

This studio is located at 5 minutes walk from the VUB and the trams are passing in front of the house to connect you to the whole network of public transport in the city (metro, trains, busses, airplanes). The Train Station of Etterbeek is 300 meters from the house. What a comfort !

About the renting price and the charges :

You have to consider the normal  price for this academic year : 

It's an all in price, so no surprise for you ! The rent is € 580,00 and the fixed charges are € 135,00 every month, so you have to consider that the monthly amount for renting this place, is effectively the sum of these two amounts = € 580,00 + €135,00 = € 715,00 and there comes nothing on top of these € 715,00. However, check (1) underneath.

This studio is available from 01.09.2023 on.

(1) the time is getting a little bit confused with climate issues, CO2 reductions, CO2 effects, nuclear energy or not, fossil fuels or renewable fuels, general and serious increase of prices on energy (some increases have reached 300% recently), solar and wind energy being just intermittent, ... so I need to warn you about a possible deviation of "all in" as far as energies are concerned : electricity for everything, gas for heating, water for kitchen and bathing purposes. It is becoming a provision for energies, rather than an all in formula.  These topics were stable for years, I really mean for dozens of years, but now everything seems to go any direction. Governments want to cancel nuclear programs and relaunch gas power plants, even power plants driven by coal (WTF) just like in Germany ... this is absolutely ridiculous as far as our CO2 output is concerned ... As a landlord I have to address all this issues at the start of your renting period ... not to forget the conflict in Ukraine and the gas pipes that have suffered from sabotage in september 2022 ... and if you stay with me for years, we need to be flexible both ways ... because I would really like to make your life easy ... keep in touch.
