This studio is available for one or two person(s)  and is situated on the first floor of the property (in local architectural language we call this "bel-étage"), that means that you are two meters above street level. So no problems of privacy.

At the back of the building, there is a huge green garden with terrace, in other words a harbour of peace and green environment in the heart of Brussels. You must know that usually students never have access to the garden (it's kept in private use by the owner of the house, but I don't live in the house ... so that's simple !!).

This is a gorgeous place for you, designed for students or young professionals, internships, PhD'ers who will stay one year in Brussels next academic year (or longer).

The price is all included, even internet, insurance, water, ... everything ! So no stress. You just need to bring your clothes and your books, knowing that you wouldn't forget your smart phone and your laptop.

Let's rephrase everything about the price for this studio ?

€ 850,00 is the rent and the charges are € 195,00 per month, forfaitair, that means it is an all in price of € 1.045,00 and there is nothing coming on top of these ... but please check  (1) here under !    However ... See (1) underneath.

This charming studio is available from 01.09.2023 on.

And this is for two people (it could be a couple, but we have twin beds and I don't have a double bed - and I don't have room to store these twin beds, either - sorry - I prefer to be honest with you  ... but don't worry, if we lock the two beds together, it's also nice ... it makes it 200 cm x 180 cm ... then you'll have to get these huge bed sheets !!!).

There is also a new SAMSUNG Eco-Bubbles washing machine in the compound  (quite handy) so that you don't have to run to the laundry corner in the neighbourhood (which is always busy) and waste precious time. This washing machine is fully digital, so that means that you choose a programme, the machine tells you for example that it lasts for 85 minutes, you put an alarm on your cell phone and 85 minutes later your wash is ready ! You get your wash and lay the clothes on the drying racks. That's it, as simple as that. We make your life easier !

(1) the time is getting a little bit confused with climate issues, CO2 reductions, CO2 effects, nuclear energy or not, fossil fuels or renewable fuels, general and serious increase of prices on energy (some increases have reached 300% recently), solar and wind energy being just intermittent, ... so I need to warn you about a possible deviation of "all in" as far as energies are concerned : electricity for everything, gas for heating, water for kitchen and bathing purposes. It is becoming a provision for energies, rather than an all in formula.  These topics were stable for years, I really mean for dozens of years, but now everything seems to go any direction. Governments want to cancel nuclear programs and relaunch gas power plants, even power plants driven by coal (WTF) just like in Germany ... this is absolutely ridiculous as far as our CO2 output is concerned ... As a landlord I have to address all this issues at the start of your renting period ... not to forget the conflict in Ukraine and the gas pipes that have suffered from sabotage in september 2022 ... and if you stay with me for years, we need to be flexible both ways ... because I would really like to make your life easy ... keep in touch.
